"What an absolutely horrendous experience. If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle and want to know you are not driving a safety hazard, please avoid this place at all cost. I purchased a 2016 used car from this dealership on 1/27/2024. The first time the vehicle was driven on the highway was 1/31/2024 and the tire absolutely blew out immediately. Turns out, all four tires were completely dry rotted and it was only a matter of time before they all blew out at any sort of highway speed. The tires were nearly TEN years old. My pregnant girlfriend, who was the one driving the vehicle when the tire shredded from the outside, was understandably in total distress from this experience. Especially considering a tire blowing out driving at highway speeds is dangerous and quite literally could’ve cost her life and our unborn child’s life and any surrounding vehicle that could’ve been involved in a wreck. I tried to be understanding at first and call to see if they were interested in rectifying this mistake, considering the car was not even driven 100 miles and it had literally been 4 days. They had absolutely zero interest. The customer service is possibly the worst I have experienced. Unfortunately, this dealership cares far much more about profit than they do safety of those who buy a car from here. When buying a car from this dealership, you have to consider if a vehicle is even safe to test drive and if any sort of basic maintenance has been performed. They claim their cars pass inspection, but clearly their inspection process is entirely flawed and they will pass just about anything. If you do not want to be in a situation where you could lose your life driving a car from here, please look elsewhere. You will be buying a safety hazard from here and from a totally arrogant staff. This business is about as shady as you would expect."
