"This store or should I say management and the people behind the customer service desk has turned into nothing but trash I would not recommend this store to anyone even if they were given things away free other than if you deal with a majority of the cashiers and the floor people they all tend to be pretty much nice and friendly and caring management team every single management person I have dealt with in the last year for any reason rude and disrespectful brandy with an eye very rude and disrespectful part of the customer service team at the front desk rude and disrespectful Brandon rude and disrespectful Brandon will eat a lie and say that you've been rude since you came up even though he wasn't there. I shot for elderly people and I looked at my receipt and it didn't seem to add up and because I didn't understand that they grouped same price items together per brandy she kept saying that over and over again but they didn't I had 2 different lines with 3 items for the same price on 1 line 3 items for the same price on another line so that didn't make sense to me what she was saying so she rudely cut me off and called for Brandon who came up said the same thing rudely and was appalled that I didn't understand what their process was. Then he tells me the reason why they were on 2 different lives because one was close Out as if I would have any idea what that means. Then he tried to lie when I stated that they Both had been rude and disrespectful since I came up I just had a question he tried to lie and say what you've been rude since you came up I told him you're a liar you weren't even up here. I'm sorry that I don't understand your job in your process as I work in a totally different field and then I grabbed all of my stuff and proceeded to throw up back Into my cart because I wasn't dealing with them anymore. Brandon then when I said well I'm just recorded this entire thing he said well I'm not talking to you if you're recording me because he knew that if I was recording him they would both be busted out and he walked away. I of course wasn't recording I'm not that person I'm not somebody's gonna complain either unnecessarily but how dare you be rude and disrespectful when all I was trying to do was make sure that I wasn't overcharged with someone else's money. Since he walked away I went ahead and decided to put more than half of my items back. This company this store needs to do better there's only 2 here in Columbus honestly it wouldn't hurt my heart if they just disappear most people don't know anything about them anyway. But if you think you could get in that store get some items and get out of there without having to talk to anybody in management or anybody at the customer service desk Then sometimes they have decent items to buy and 90% of the cashiers and 4 people are very nice just don't deal with customer service desk and do not under any circumstances deal with management"

"DO NOT USE THE RESTROOM. The toilet seat wasn’t attached, baby changing table was filthy, toilet paper everywhere. Manager could care less about the state of the public restroom or cleanliness of the store in general. Unacceptable standards through out the store. ALDIs is just as cheap and you can tell they take care of their store. You can tell here there is zero care of quality check."

"Nice and helpful staff with a decent selection of produce, snacks and toys. Whatever you do, absolutely do not use the restroom. There were stains all over floor, wet toilet paper on top of the diaper changing station and the soap dispenser was completely out of soap last time I was there. Overall, I would recommend this place to shop but it seriously needs maintenance on its restroom."

"Normally I love Marc's but today I opened one of these to cook for my client and this is what it looked liked so I opened the second one, same thing. I just bought these 6 days ago and they were frozen brought to client's house and put in freezer right away. The expiration date on both were March 23, 2023. This is just disgusting. She had 2 more in her freezer that were previously bought and they had freezer burn so bad the cheese was turning brown and so much frost in them, I threw them all away. Very disappointed."

"I spent a little time at Marc's looking for flowers. They have quite an extensive collection, I really liked the Hydrangeas. I don't know much about prices on such flowers, so I'll research costs in the area to see where they're least expensive."
