"I always go to the Anderson UPS but I was in the area shopping so I decided to return an Amazon return there. This is my second time doing this and my second time having an issue. I returned my Amazon items at the store over a week ago and on my Amazon account they are still saying they have not been processed to be returned. This happened the last time as well. When I go to Anderson, they are processed to be returned the next day. I honestly probably wouldn’t care as much if the staff was a little more welcoming and friendly. Definitely will not try a third time there."
