"7/25/23 at 11am. Went to the store to mail off boxes for my company. We have a corporate account. Like I always do. I waited in line just to have the guy behind the counter tell me he was going to charge for taping up my boxes. I have never had a ups store want to charge me for this. I think the guy behind the counter did not want to do his job. Never going back to this store again."
