"I was in a hurry returning an Amazon package, which I've never done before. The young lady helping me knew it was my first time. She was younger, not really tall, curly long dark hair, working around 3pm Sunday, 1/21 I'm assuming it was not her first time helping a customer with an Amazon return, because that's her job. Her job is also to help me, so when I said I didn't know what QR code I was supposed to have, she just said "you need to get a QR code." I told her I already started the return process through Amazon and they told me to go to the UPS store to return it. OBVIOUSLY I didn't read the part about the QR code on my phone, but it was there. If she had any interest in helping me, she would have told me to just open up my phone. Instead, this horrible customer service person fed off of my frustration to the point that when i left the store, she yelled "bye" in an extremely mocking and disrespectful tone. It's awful to me that people like that are allowed to be in a position to upset people who are going through things they have no clue about and can't even restrain themselves from yelling across the store at somebody who is already leaving. I was in customer service for over ten years and never would have put up with such behavior in the business I was a part of. DISGRACEFUL"
