"I started out with a 1-star rating on my review. I had an issue with 2 packages that were shipped from Springdale to Scottsdale, where I am for the month of February. I called the store twice, left voice-mail with no response. Haley, the manager got my message and finally called me back. She was very helpful in rerouting the packages to our condo. I'm now anxiously waiting for them to arrive. Thanks, Haley for helping to get my issue straightened out."
"I didn't appreciate the dry lady with an attitude at all! She asked how may I help you and didn't make eye contact. Snatched my item and gave me a slip. I know we all have our days but if you in the front doing customer service then act kindly to the customers!"

"Whoever that little boy was that was working today when I came in a little after 12pm is a racist. The white lady in front of me was greeted when she came in and when she left all while the worker was smiling, but soon as I was next in line I wasn’t greeted the worked instantly became upset and didn’t say anything and was slamming my stuff around. I only had 3 things to send back. All while the lady in front came in with like 10 boxes to ship. Clearly black people either intimidates him or he got spooked and nervous. Needs to be fired."
