"First of all, the whole staff was very nice today from the second I walked in. Greeting me and being very friendly. Gary H was so helpful! I had to ship some things out to my son at an Air Force base in Texas. He was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use again for all my shipping needs. "Gary at the Colerain UPS store was amazing! He was not only helpful but very polite and kind. This was even at the end of the evening, close to closing, when most people are mentally checked out and ready to get home. The store was packed and he was still upbeat with every customer he assisted. Thank you, Gary. Thank you also to the friendly lady who greeted me with sincerity as soon as my turn was up …she promptly triaged me to Gary. And a final thank you to the second gentleman who simply said good night to me as I walked out. Kindness is contagious—so I ended my own day on a wonderfully positive note!! Thank you all."

"** Read Below For Update ** I have over 30 years of experience working with the public in various roles, including retail, restaurants, and customer service. I understand that everyone can have a bad day occasionally, but it's important not to take it out on customers. I've used this particular location for Amazon returns before, and there have been instances where Amazon claimed they never received the items, but I generally let it go, acknowledging that these kinds of things happen from time to time. However, today, while waiting in line, I overheard the person in front of me sharing a similar experience with the UPS clerk. When it was my turn, I was directed to the second clerk behind the counter, and her attitude was so unpleasant that it prompted me to share my experience with others. I observed this clerk talking down to a fellow employee who needed assistance and being rude to the customer she had helped before me. It's one thing to have a bad day, but being disrespectful to both fellow employees and customers is a completely different matter. Update Jan 01, 2024 It appears as though they have new employees or new management because I received very good service all three times that I have gone into this store since I wrote the initial review. I am very impressed by the turn around and I'm happy because this store is the closest and my only other option was go use FEDEX which is what I did initially after receiving the bad service."

"Gary was super nice, helpful and had the most positive attitude I’ve ever encountered!! He even taped my box up for me, due to the fact I was shipping something from my drs office who had told me ‘you probably won’t need to tape the box up’ but we both agreed taping it up would be 100% better and safer! Gary seemed super happy and excited to work! Gave me my tracking information & told me when I’d be able to start tracking it!! There was another older gentleman who didn’t help me, but was very nice to me and acknowledged me while helping another customer! But shout out to Gary, for helping me and being the nicest person in the whole store!! I hope he works every time I need to ship something !! This was my first time visiting UPS and this location!"

"Really nice staff. Had a large box of legos that I needed to ship and the gentleman that helped me (can’t remember his name, sorry!) was very helpful in finding me the right box to pack it in and handed me off to Crystal to finish up payment and labeling, as he went to help other customers in line. Great staff, recommend!"
