Turns out their machine doesn’t take change, I was disappointed but luckily Josh R was willing to go the extra mile and pay the 2 dollars for me! I thought that was so kind and generous! "This place has now charged my card three times without me ever being there. I tried for a “month” subscription in March. I have gotten no response from the business. No where when you get a subscription does it say it will automatically renew. Most of the brush heads don’t work, and they will tell you they’re going to be replaced. This place is anything but a well structured business."
"A great place to wash your car. I have went to several locations in Ohio. All the employees are very nice and friendly. The nice things that the Take 5 car wash offers is you can go to different locations in Ohio and still get the same service as our local Take 5 car wash. All of them offer free vacuuming.They have towels to dry your car with. They also provide window cleaner and interior cleaner. It's better if you become a member instead of paying for a car wash everytime. When you drive up the system reads your member bar code and within a few seconds the arm goes up and you enter the car wash up to where the attendant is. We love the Take 5. We have two vehicles that we have memberships for."
"brushes don't even touch the entire car. look at the bottom of the door. I don't have a strange size or shape car. vacuums are okay; nothing to write home about. detailing supplies were not available. I won't be back."
"I have the unlimited monthly membership and I LOVE it! I have a toddler, so my car sees its fair share of messes often. I go to Take 5 Car Wash multiple times a week and leave satisfied each time! The membership is very affordable and pays for itself in just two washes. I love the detailing center that’s available, with interior spray, windex, and clean towels, plus the free vacuums! The manager, Hasheem, is great! He’s always smiling, very friendly and personable, and checks up on the customers as they’re vacuuming/detailing to make sure they’re satisfied. I highly recommend seeing Hasheem at Take 5 Car Wash!"
