Shur-Form Countertop Surfaces

"I contacted Shur-Form for a master bath double vanity upgrade to quartz. Corina was extremely helpful and accommodating even staying past her regular end of day hours to help us out with a warehouse selection for the right pattern. After selection, they sent a guy to laser measure our walls and about 2 weeks later came to install, which went quickly and very well. They even removed my old double vanity for me AFTER I had disconnected everything. I would easily recommend Shur-Form for your quartz counter needs. Nice company."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give this less than 1 star I would. My husband attempted to use them to make countertops for him to install for customers for his business and after promising "like 1 week", he called after a week and a half and was told "another week" and 3 days after that extra week he called again to be told by the snarky receptionist "if you want to get something done on a timeline take your business elsewhere"!! My husband has had to stop production from his business for 3 weeks while he waits to get this job done and they are saying it won't be ready for another week! Horrible customer service, horrible timeline. They have lost all business with us and I will be informing everyone that we know to NEVER use Shur-Form Laminates."

"We purchased a counter top through Shur-Form for our laundry room. The countertop arrived defective and after several calls to the company, and having to return calls because they did not follow up as promised, they delivered a new support beam for the bottom of the countertop. My contractor had to install the support beam free of charge because Shur-Form refused to reimburse him for his labor. This support beam made no difference in the defective bowed counter top, so I called the company back. After making 3 calls in which nothing happened and no resolution was made, Shur-Form emailed my contractor and basically told him they were doing nothing and to break the news to me because they obviously did not have the guts to call me themselves. I was very patient, friendly, and understanding through the process but it still ended badly. After spending thousands of dollars on a laundry room remodel, the counter top we spent a pretty penny one cheapens the entire project. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. If you are a contractor, pursue this company with much caution as they will not make your order right if the product is defective."
