"Our initial experience with Landmark was fantastic! The husband & wife sales associates we dealt with were phenomenal! They walked us through the process & helped us design a stunning kitchen. That is where the good experience stops. After the cabinets were installed, we had issues with the soft glide close working on several of the drawers. We contacted Landmark. They said they would send someone out "when someone was in the area." We paid $24k for cabinets & they can't bother to schedule someone? We finally get someone to come out to look & they needed to order parts. That took forever. They came back out & still didn't resolve all of the issues, they had to order more parts. It has now been 8 months since the install, I have drawers that still do not close properly, I cannot get one of my trash cans out due to a sliding issue, & they are still giving us a runaround about getting out here. They offered 1 day, which won't work for us, that they could come out. The lady was rude on the phone & got very angry when I told her that I was going to post a negative review. Knowing the lovely sales associates we used are no longer with the company & the shoddy assistance you get when there is an issue, I can not in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. Save your money & go to another company that knows how to treat their customers."

"I used Landmark to upgrade my bathroom 10 years ago and it still looks as good now as it did then. Because of that experience, I used them again when I upgraded my kitchen. They helped design it and the installation part was completed in one day. When we built a new kitchen in our church I once again engaged landmark to design and install the cabinets and countertops. One item came in off color and they immediately reordered the panel. I highly recommend them and have also recommended them to friends"
