"There is African American woman who works there ( don’t have a name tag) and totally brought this establishment down tremendously. She talked about customers (myself included) for bringing Amazon returns back and verbally stated “these people are aggravating bringing all this stuff back like blinds .” And she made sure to express it further by snatching and throwing the returned items. She tried to belittle me for not having an item “in the box it came in” and I told her 1. The return that was selected was no box or label needed. 2. For your FYI my item didn’t come in a shipping box just the manufactured box ( it’s was blinds). Clearly she hates her jobs. I wouldn’t even want her help again even if my life depended on it."
"I went to return some items and when I walked in the employees were so disrespectful and rude. I had no idea what I was doing and the lady act like I knew what I was doing. She showed me how to use the scanner thing and when the labels printed she was like that’s mine. I keep that and that’s yours. Just so disrespectful and so rude will not be coming back to this UPS store. I will go to a different one."
"I purchased an art piece from an auction house in the area. This UPS store was able to pickup my art piece, wrap it very carefully and ship it across the country safely. I appreciate the great packaging job. Thank you and I recommend them."
"After waiting in line 10/24- the guy at counter informed me that they do not have air-bills to ship a UPS Ground package. Only 2nd Day Air or 3 day Service. Sent me to UPS Hub where they werent surprised at the ineptitude. Apparently they just want to be an Amazon returns service."
