"Scheduled appointment on line for Jan 31 2024 at 530. We arrived 15 minutes early. Sign said open. Tried to call but can't leave a message. Was in Walmart till after 630 also txt back on our phone with no response."

"All was well till The day I had a 2pm appointment on Wednesday the 15th, 2023. At the Urbana, Ohio office. The girl doing my taxes called, asked some questions about my taxes, made verification for my appointment time. Said may need to change it depending on a meeting time with her boss. Never called back to change time. I was at home sitting by phone. Phone records show no one called me back. And I showed up to my appointment which is in another town. Sat there for an hour. I called multiple times, and left a voicemail. Called the next day. Still no answer. So I finally got through to someone in Covington office. He made my new appointment for the next day. Friday 17. I confronted the girl, said she left and there was supposed to been someone there to do my appointment. No one was there. Even the Walmart door greeter saw the girl leave the store right before I showed up for my appointment. She told me she called me back,and that I never answered, which is a lie. My significant other even was with me to make sure someone answered my cell in case she did call back. That's the big issue. I was mad because I wasted time and gas for something that was a easy fix. And then lied to. And she didn't seemed bothered about it. My other issue was Friday the 17th when she was actually at work, and was doing my taxes I noticed her hygiene is disgusting. Finger nails all corroded and black gunk dirt marks for running down her arm looked very disgusting definitely did not want her touching my cards and IDs. Definitely not someone I'd even wanna sit across from. She looked disgusting and filthy. And not professional looking at all. If I seen her like that before I'd would of had someone else do my taxes. Between the cold season and COVID that wouldn't be someone being a face to my business. Her name is Brittany Evilsizor."
