WPCU has an excellent array of services and much smaller, or no fees that were charged elsewhere. I've had excellent customer service in person while telephone service can take quite a while to speak to a person. I still give my review 5 stars."

"I stopped yesterday to make a payment on 2 of my accounts. There was only 1 teller working out of 4 counters and a line to the door. Other employees kept walking through the teller area and then going back to their offices with complete disregard which was aggravating. With this many people and the teller set up there is absolutely no privacy. So, when the teller I worked with knew absolutely nothing about my accounts it was a bit embarrassing. She told me that I hadn't made a car pymt since September, which I had. I had to tell her the details of my car and cc pymt amounts and after much longer then it should have taken (being she was looking at my acct and I was not) she said "Oh, yes, you're right.". I was not happy with this transaction at all."
