"I've always had good service here but Sam is not the lady to put in front of the customer. Literally as she was looking up my part the phone rings. She answers. No problem. Without saying a word to me she walks over to another computer and gets into helping the caller find their part. Doesn't ask them to hold or ask me to hold on a moment. Literally, she had already pulled my part up on the screen and i just needed her to tell me if they have it in stock. At first i thought she was maybe just tired or something. But as i walked out, she just looked right at me and didn't say a thing. Pretty bad showing..."
