"Called in a bit ago for help with a wheel bearing tool rental, and the man was incredibly rude. I was fuming at the end of the call *when he hung up on me*. I asked if I could exchange it at another location because we were given a ball joint tool kit I thought by mistake, and he just kept interrupting me to talk over me, and eventually hung up on me. I can't remember his name, but chances are, you'll know who I'm talking about. That man needs to find another job. I called the Alliance location and they were incredibly helpful, even walked me through how to use the tool for the bearing removal."
