"Kevin, the " manager," apparently according to Conor G, has taught Conor and his other employees that they are not to help people find filters and such on shelves. I don't like "bad" reviews but these two were directly asked multiple times by me and another customer, and his friend for help...until I said I am reviewing and contacting corporate office then they decided to help me and still leave the other gentleman searching. Retail staff we ALL understand has struggled... but come on. 2 customers 3 employees... and can't help find filters and hose clamps for another guy. Sad! The local o'reilly's must have better leadership staff is overwhelming phenomenal... no longer shopping at this location."
