"Business needs to state before hand that they are going to vacuum oil out of the engine instead of draining from oil pan. I would have never agreed to this had I known prior to service. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere where they can do it properly. They need to refund me money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. There are many more reputable quick changes."
"Just stopped in today to get my tires ripped off since me low air indicator light came on 2 days ago. The guy was great, filled me up and sent me on my way. The best part was he brought my truck into an open bay so I didn’t have to wait for the other 2 cars in front of me!! Great job fellas! Keep up the good work!"
"I’ve been doing my oil changes with your company for awhile now. This one was the worst one. Not any of the service’s like the other ones provided. No air in my tires. Didn’t top off my fluids. Clean my windows. Nothing. Poor customer service"
"Very bad experience. The one on Arlington rd Akron Ohio. They broke my air intake hose an then tried to make it seem like it was my fault. An then act like they wasn't going to pay for it. When I pulled up I had no lights on. When I pulled off my stability track light came on. An before I can turn around my check engine light came on. An the manager is gone say " things happen" like they wasn't going to fix it or pay for it. I will never use take5 again. They will never touch any one of my car. No stars."
"I had an oil change on 8/16/2023. When I got close to home my oil light came on. I checked my oil and it was empty. I crawled under the car and you could see the oil leaking out of it. I called the store and no one there could help me, they told me to call the manager in the morning. Once I got the car on a jack I could see that the plug was in the oil pan, but the filter was covered with oil. At the suggestion of a friend, we removed the oil filter to find the gasket from the previous filter still attached. I had to redo the oil change in the drive. I stopped back at the location the next morning and was told by the manager that there is nothing they could do and to reach out to corporate offices. I have filled out the contact form and have left a message on the customer care hotline. No one has called back. I will not return and expect a full refund!"
