"Been a customer here for YEARS. My whole family has come here, they even special ordered a crazy size full set of tires for my van before and took great care of me. Today however, I had a nail in my tire and when I went in for a simple plug repair I was told it would be $30!! Are you even kidding me right now? Straight up left and went to Sam's Tire all of 6 blocks away and it was half the price!! After all that, the guy at Sam's told me it was just a rock, no plug needed. I paid him anyway, because he was honest and fair. When I did this, I found out the guy next to me had done the same exact thing and had just left Action over the $30 repair price. Might be a reason Action Tire had no business on a Saturday. The new management needs to get a clue."
