"Lousy business. It’s no wonder why their Better Business Bureau rating is sinking. This business promised me they would have a part in for me by next day as long as I traveled across town to pay them upfront. This seemed strange but I’ve never dealt with this business and I needed the part immediately so I did it. Big mistake on my part. They didn’t have the part next day so I waited another day. They still didn’t call me as they said they would so I called them. Was told the company sending them the part canceled on them. So then Tiny tells me he’ll have it in the next day and will call me. I never got the call so I tried calling Tiny. Each time I called, they’d pick up and before I could even speak I’d hear “please hold” and they put me on hold. After waiting on hold for 8 minutes each time, they would pick up the phone and quickly disconnect the call. On the 3rd call, after waiting for 8 minutes on hold, they didn’t disconnect quickly enough so their phone system started ringing them again. They picked up and finally I got to talk. He tells me he still doesn’t have my part. I told him forget it, I’m done - don’t bother with the part - just refund my money. REFUND MY MONEY. I can not wait any longer. I disconnected. 2 weeks later I still have not been refunded. I contacted the Better Business Bureau to submit a complaint. So after 2 weeks Tiny calls me complaining about me contacting the BBB. I told him he still has not refunded my money and I refuse to do business with them , they have not called me and frankly, after such lousy treatment from them he left me with no other choice. Then he tells me he has the part all of a sudden and has tried calling me several times to notify me. I pointed out to him that there is absolutely no phone records of incoming calls from their business other than the original 2 from 2 weeks earlier. So here he is lying to me again. I told him to please just stop. I gave him one more opportunity to refund my money. If he would have just done the right thing, his BBB report would have been marked resolved with no impact to his rating. All this over $60. He flat out told me he will not issue a refund for the part I never received next day as promised not 3 days after that. I didn’t need it after that so where’s my refund? It’s now over 2 weeks later. I have been advised my next step will be to contact the State Attorneys General. So that’s going to happen next. Now I’ve had to do this review because still no refund of 60 dollars. ☹️"

I was kindly accommodated and served promptly. Everyone was so helpful and professional. Pricing was very competitive as well."
