"I used canton towing through my insurance claim and I had the worst experience. The first driver they sent out was in a rush and didn’t take the time to even figure out how to jump my car being that it was a 2023. He left telling me that he can’t wait longer than 15 minutes after they gave me a hour window for the driver to arrive. The driver left without making much of an effort to figure the car out. I then called my insurance back they dispatched a second driver this driver was able to jump the car but then told me he couldn’t tow it because he didn’t have time and that it’s insurance job and he doesn’t know how he’s getting paid. Overall just a bad experience and very unprofessional!"

"Donnie got my car unlocked in less than 15 seconds! I've had this done probably a dozen times and NOONE got it quickly. Usually takes about 20 mins, over an hour one time. He got here super fast also. Very impressed and grateful."

"They need to find qualified drivers and not just hire drug addicts off the st. I had one of there drivers in a f150 going down portage cut right in front of me and slam on his brakes and throw his hands up. Very unprofessional and almost had me wreck. The driver looked like he does crack. Hire qualified people!! I ain’t the only review with this problem, maybe take a hint."

"Jay the Tow-man. So, typically when someone needs a tow, things have gone wrong in their day. Well, my day was no different. Context: I used my trailer to go pick up a desk. On the way home my trailer got a flat tire and I could not find a replacement (older style tire). So, I required a tow back home. Review: Canton towing answered the call relatively quickly (40 mins to get to me). The guy who came was great (Jay the Tow-man). He was a cool dude, he knew what he was doing (towing a trailer is a little different then a car), and he was an all around good guy. When we got to my house, he kindly explained to my interested kids on what he was doing and how he did it. On top of that, he helped me carry the heavy desk into my garage before he left. All in all, based on this experience, I'd use Canton Towing for my towing needs (should they arise again). The guy on the phone was helpful and Jay was great."

"Had an unexpected breakdown at 2am yesterday morning. Lady I spoke with on the phone was super helpful and got me a driver in less than thirty minutes. Driver was quick to load and got my car to the dealership quick and even dealt with me running around a bit to grab cash. Paid him at the drop off and left him to leave it for repairs, price was a lot better than I expected which was awesome as I’m not in the best position financially. I forgot everyone’s names but thanks a lot for the tow. Edit: while I still appreciate the cheap tow I was just informed today that the truck driver put my car so close to the wall and with my rear wheel locked up, the reason I had it towed in the first place. I am now out more money for them to call another flat bed to come move it away from the wall so they can pull it into the shop for diagnostic. Car only goes forward but it’s nose front into a cement wall. So now the overall “towing” cost of the car has met standard I was expecting. Partially my fault for trusting the driver and for not staying to watch him drop the car."
