"Was looking to buy a car from one of the nearby lots and wanted a second opinion the salesman at the dealership was nice enough to tell me about outlook he called them they got me in on short notice and he gave the car a good inspection and his honest opinion he even got back with me in a timely manner later that day on what it would cost to fix everything he found he should advertise this service more it was only $50 but saved me alot more I would recommend anybody looking at a car in the area to give them a call and take it in money well spent with good people"

"I was leaving home and my neighbor noticed my tire was flat. He put air in it and tried to plug which resulted in a bigger hole. Every tire shop around was closed except Outlook Automotive. I called them and they were so nice and stayed open later to assist me. Also found me a used tire until I could buy one on Tuesday due to Labor Day weekend. They have my business for life.. customer service is so important me and they have great customer service. I added a pic below of the tire my neighbor destroyed."
