"It was a nice polite experience. I originally requested tire rotation as well but was informed that my tires are actually at the point of replacement so that rotation was actually not needed. It was nice to not be sold a service I really didn't need."
"They are very friendly, they have you get out of your car, you sit in lobby and they take care of everything. Very prompt service. They didn't try to upcharge you which so many oil change places do. They kindly recommended a couple things that might need done in the future. I highly recommend. I have been there twice and will go back."
"The employees were friendly and it was quick. That’s the end of the good news. They left my air filter cover off causing serious sputtering to my vehicle. Check engine light came on. Also, my auto start stopped working. When I went back, they said sorry for leaving the cover off. Exact words “our bad”. They then tried to figure out why my auto start stopped working. They told me they tested the battery and it was very low and that’s why my auto start didn’t work. That I needed a new battery. When I went to a real shop “NTB” they charged me $21and change to test my battery and run diagnostics. My battery was perfectly fine. The reason my auto start would not work is because the check engine light had been on. That this is common knowledge to anyone in the industry. So all and all, ended up paying more and wasting my time because of incompetence. Needless to say, I won’t return and won’t recommend."
"The staff was great! Promptly met me at my son’s car, took the time to take me into the lobby, offering a water and showing me where the restrooms are. The service advisor was great. My parents were at the same location last week and remarked how great the service was. Hence, I followed up on their recommendation in taking our cars to this location. I’ll be back with other cars and will be sure to patronize in the future."
