"I went to return a core box for an item purchased yesterday and treated by a commercial account sales manager named RECKY not like a customer but a thief. I have never disrespected and treated this way by Auto Zone employees ever. I called to corporate customer service number to file complaint and the automated response directed me to regional office which in turn directed me back to corporate office. So there is no way to properly file a complaint and this is the only option. I went to the store to return an old item to get my money refunded, provided commercial account number and name and basically treated and forced out of the store by this employee as a thief. I’m putting this out here because this is the only available option to get to the customer service if they read reviews."
