"Quick quality service. The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. You get a lot of perks with your service. When you get your oil changed, you get your fluids topped off then as well as any time in the next 3 months. They offer other services like oil filter replacement and wiper blades (at a comparable price). They are always very nice and professional. We have used them twice a year for the last 3 years. UPDATED: They put the wrong oil in our car AND the wrong amount of oil. This could have easily blown up our engine. Mechanic said this has happened several times this month to different people, all from this Take 5 location. We paid over $100 for the oil change while the mechanic down the street who found the problem only charged us $50. Yes, we had to get another oil change so our engine didn't blow up. Then, customer service couldn't get a hold of the location when we called to complain/file a claim."

"The employees were polite, but talked too fast and too low for me to understand. Everything went fine during the oil change, but the next day my car was hesitating and the engine light came on. I’m guessing that the air filter wasn’t seated properly when they put it back in. Now I have to go somewhere to get in the air filter seated properly."
