"I could not speak more highly of Falls Auto Body! As a younger woman, I’ve always found it difficult to walk into body shops. On Monday, Jan. 9, I brought in my 2014 Jeep Patriot for an estimate on body work and paint on the hatch before a rear window replacement. Dan, general manager, did my estimate. He was not only fast and efficient, but had a great sense of humor that made my crappy day a little better. They said they were booked until February, but due to the coming week of sleet and downpour rain (and me not having a garage, and a cover not sticking due to the cold), they managed to get my vehicle in the very next morning, Tuesday, Jan. 10 and told me it would be done by Friday evening. Thursday, January 12, I had my Jeep back and it looks just as good as the day I bought it. Dan not only came in under the estimate, but got the job done a day ahead of schedule, saving me money on my enterprise car rental. They even detailed the inside and power washed my mats. Also, Sammy at the front desk is a gem! She was incredibly kind and made the process fast and easy. I’ll never go anywhere else so long as I live in this area."
