"They don't answer the phone. If the do they say... " they can't hear you". Once your at store they have nothing In stock! I was able to get my motorcycle battery Unfortunately it wasn't the right one! Took it back for return. When I received my credit card statement I realized they did NOT refund full amount of purchase!! So it cost me money to have been sold wrong battery by the employee. The gas, time, and energy also!! Crazy!! How can they not refund my full purchase price after 40 minutes of having it!!"
