"I brought my car here to be fixed. When I entered the building I heard a woman yelling at a customer. The man was trying to talk to the woman whom I'm thinking was the manager. The woman wouldn't listen and kept yelling at the customer. A different customer (the second customer) told the woman he's been in business for many years and he's never heard a manager talk to a customer that way. The second customer asked for his keys back and said he was taking his car somewhere else. The manager (the woman) threw his keys across the counter at him. The 1st gentleman tried to talk to the manager again. She continued to yell at him. I decided to take my vehicle to another shop so I left. If this is how the manager is allowed to talk to customers I don't want to bring my car here. What if I have a problem like the first customer. This place lost 2 customers because of the managers yelling. I won't be yelled at like a child by a manager."
