"I went to ganley ford for an oil change after a bad experience with park ford. After the oil change Brianna came out to let me know my car was done. I ended up telling her I didn’t feel my transmission was shifting correctly, she listened to me and my concerns and asked me when I wanted to get it. I asked soon because my warranty ends soon.she got me in that Tuesday. She called to update me it needed replaced. Brianna was very nice and helpful. About 2 weeks later she gives me a call that my car is ready. I go in and spoke with Scott who was also very nice and helpful. I will continue to go to ganley for anything I need. Best customer service and my car runs great after the transmission being replaced!"
