"I usually have good service, but today really pissed me off. I bought a motor mount earlier this week, it turned out to be the wrong one, so i went in to exchange it and they wanted more for the right one plus a shipping fee. I agreed but before i got my change back i decided to just get my refund and check elsewhere first. They refunded all but the shipping fee, and i was like nothing was, or was going to be shipped because i cancelled the order the guy said it was policy. Needless to say it pissed me off. Talking to a manager tomorrow. They better give me good news"

I always struggle with that. it sounds silly but I do. but they gleefully came out stuck it on and wished me a nice day. I'm going back probably in a week. I suggest you do the same."
