"(09 Saturn Vue). Phil and Tom are great guys and honest mechanics. I had my brakes done elsewhere, and what a fiasco. Had a noise going over bumps right after having the back brakes done. I took the car back was told the shocks needed replaced.Looked online and found Hayes Automotive. They had high reviews. Took it in and, Tom found that the rear brake pad hardware was missing. The rotor retention bolt was broken and the rear brake caliper bracket bolts wasn’t properly torqued. I paid a lot to the previous shop. Tom took care of the issue without charging another arm and a leg. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO ANYONE, BUT HAYES AUTOMOTIVE EVER AGAIN!!!"

Kelly's auto backed their sale and told me to take it to Hayes Automotive to have repairs done. Hayes was quick and they did the job at hand They fixed everything. They do stand behind their work.
