"Anyone that may question vandeveres forever warranty, I promise they actually stay true to it. I have a 2014 dodge challenger I bought there (when it was already 8 years old). A year and a half later, they just replaced all the lifters and a cam shaft. Over $4100 worth of work, and all I paid for was the rental beyond the couple days the warranty covered. Zero hassle getting it approved. I highly recommend their car lots, and the service (at the buick one at least) seems to be pretty thorough from what I've experienced so far."

"I went to get an oil change and ac charge. The special was $182 for the oil change and ac charge. My backup camera was out, I wanted them to see why. (That was about $100)Long story short they said my condenser was broke so I couldn't get that fixed and I needed a new camera, so I was still charged for the ac that didn't still work, so i got a $ 320 oil change! But they were friendly when they took my money!"

"First off hands down the best auto purchasing experience I have ever had. They are not pushy here at all. I only had to work with two individuals. My salesman Rob Thomas, and the gentleman in the finance office. I told Ron the vehicle I wanted and they gave me a better option. Let me explain. The Jeep I was originally looking at had a 100,000 miles on it. Ron explained if you buy it with it over that mileage the forever warranty does not apply to them but if you purchase a vehicle below a 100,000 miles on it we cover it for life. He stayed within my purchasing budget. Was fair and truthful and not like one of those typical sales people at most dealerships. Also I noticed these employees that work there seemed happy to be their. Ron walked me through the dealership showed me where I would go to get my car serviced explained the warranty in detail answered my questions and addressed my concerns. My girlfriend was with me and she hates buy and shopping for cars. She even stated wow that wasn’t bad at all painless and not pushy. Will recommend not only Ron but the dealership. And will return to purchase my next vehicle."

I walked a mile home and Friday morning they quickly put on one of my spare tires and a new one they had, all for only $130. They called me and said it was fine at 12pm that day. They sent a driver to my work and picked me right up. Amazing service."
