"I often go there but I felt compelled to say that they stripped the paint off my hubcaps. Now I don't drive an amazing car or a nice car by a long shot. I have a fair share of dings and bumps on my car, but after going through the car wash there was little to no paint left on the hubcaps. Then I tried to vacuum my car out but the vacuums were very week. People were nice enough I guess but you don't go to a car wash for the people."

"Pulled into the car wash and handed an employee my credit card. He says "my machine is down, I'll run you through only if you go directly to a bank machine and come right back." I said Chase bank isn't anywhere near here. He made me back out. Really? Zero stars... post a sign at the entrance and be polite for goodness sakes."
"Free vacuum whenever open don't need to wash. Nice staff that gets the work done quickly. Even if you see a line generally takes 10 to 15 min to wash and dry. Great if last min."
"I have taken vehicles there multiple times. The staff is always prompt and friendly. However, the free vacuum area is being consistently abused by non patrons. I would suggest more oversight and a better cleanup of area."
