"Horrible experience they put the wrong control arm on my vehicle and refused to even test drive the vehicle to see the symptoms Nick who was from another store had attitude problems I think its time for him retire because he had little patience and did not even care for the company. I would not recommend this shop VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be going to small claims court"
"I Arrived at this place at 9am on Saturday after the gentleman named Donte said to come and get a oil change. I get there and he ensured me that it wont be long bc someone just got there before me and she was waiting in the waiting room. He also said he dont do appointments. I sat in my car until 11am and as I called him to ask how much longer it will be while getting upset at me when I asked why have I been waiting so long he then said that he had some appointments that had to be taken care of first. I was confused because he just told me not even 45 minutes before that he don't do appointments. So the guy lied and when it comes down to thing this place is isn't very professional. By the look of things and they way the economy is this place will be closed for good in the near future. Don't waste you time going here nor energy. Corporate will get getting my call asap."
"Got struts done...front and back. Was done the very same day just don't know if the parts are old or new. I later found out that I have all new parts. Good customer service always make you feel good so...my advice...when your car needs work take it to auto parts plus and tell them I recommended them. Thanks"
