"The older staff member was so rude. Hollered angrily when I didn't stop on a dime. I asked him if they keep a history of last oil change in computers. He said no rudely. I told him "let me out". I promptly went to another location. I was treated with customer service and they looked in computer and promptly gave me info. Cudos to 150th location."
"I live right down the street from this location and this is the best location. I've tried other locations and always have a bad experience. The guys are quick, efficient, professional and very nice. Corey and I think the other guy was named Michael they were awesome and friendly."
"My vehicle has seen better days, but it’s a work van! It needed much more “tlc” than I’ve been giving and I needed an oil change. Take 5 took care of me! They gave me a water while I was waiting and told me they would be right with me. Promptly they did and I was good to go… Prices were fair and reasonable…"
"Prices have gotten expensive to the point of having to save up for a month before going to Take 5. At the location I went to which was usually polite and quick, a younger employee was barking at the other who usually takes care of my car, speaking super fast and frantically running around. The manager was sitting in his car in the parking lot. Usually I enjoy the convenience, but corporate’s model is falling apart."
"I've had fast and dependable service from this particular take 5 every time. They go on above and beyond what is expected of an oil change. Sometimes there's a line around the building, but I've never waited more than 15 minutes to get in the building and out. The Staff is fast and polite, While the manager does not mind giving you a heads up on a few things about your car in the meantime."
