"I visited Spitzer Motor City to troubleshoot issues with my 2017 Jeep Compass. I was greeted by Logan South, who was quickly able to diagnose the reason that my Service Stop/Start System Warning Light was illuminated. Logan was friendly, answered all my questions, and worked quickly to have me in and out of there in a short amount of time. "This was my first experience with the Spitzer CDJR Cleveland Service Center and I was very impressed! I got an oil change and tire rotation for my dodge charger. Deanna Redmond worked on my vehicle today and I was quite pleased with the service! I wasn't expecting this but I was sent a video from Deanna detailing my tread and brakepad depths, as well as given comments relating to an overall inspection. This felt above and beyond compared to what I am used to from other service centers. I'd recommend the Spitzer CDJR Cleveland Service Center and Deanna Redmond to anyone!"
