"Although I am pleased with the quality of the furniture, the delivery experience is actually why I won’t buy from here in the future. When I ordered the outdoor furniture it was in stock. However, there is only one day per month they deliver to my area…which is ridiculous. When I was on vacation the first delivery date was offered, I asked if I could please make arrangements to pick up my furniture myself as we had several outdoor events planned and needed the furniture. They were rude when I called as directed, and made sure we could not do it restricting access to weekdays between 11-2. Impossible for working families. I ordered the furniture for the outdoor events and even though we spent $20,000, I had to wait 2 and 1/2 months before they found another date for my outdoor furniture."
