"Horrible place and horrible customer service.. Period.. lead us on for weeks claiming they couldnt find a part we had to eventually get ourselves ( 3 days with shipping ) and then STILL didn't complete the work for several weeks until we had the vehicle towed to a new shop ! Representative was a sarcastic "you know what" when we asked to get the truck back after nearly 2 months ! Avoid at all costs.. plenty other professional places near by."

"Went there for my E-check, they said no appointment needed Monday through Friday. They were nice, helpfully and professional and had me out of there in less than 5 minutes! I'm so happy I gave them a chance!"

"Honest and reliable. They charged me $222.80 to replace a muffler that had a small hole in it. Conrad’s had quoted me over $1,600 for the same issue because they tried to tell me I needed a whole new exhaust system. Thank you to Ron’s Garage for being honest and fair instead of trying to upsell and rip people off. Not to mention they are also friendly and welcoming."
