"All of his business is word of mouth. Therefore, it is tough to get into the shop. You may have to wait because they are so busy. It is worth the wait!!! Great service. They fix stuff right the first time."
"I went to this place last Saturday to change my headlight bulb which would have taken them 30 minutes to change. I was asked to come back on Wednesday and when I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment on Wednesday - the person who sits in customer service (Ron) said that I could drop it off. When I brought the car back on Wednesday he said he couldn't take my car in and was fully booked for the day and I was asked to leave my car at the garage and wasn't told when my car would be ready. While talking to him when I was at the shop and figuring out as to what was the best possible way to figure this out, he goes on to pick up another customer's call and schedules another appointment which I found to be disrespectful instead of asking the other customer to wait or hold for a minute while figuring out the best possible way to get this addressed. Once the call was done, he comes back and tells me that he doesn't know when my car would be returned. Never going back to this place for any business ever again because of poor customer service!"
"I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the people in it. They are fairly priced, don’t gouge on labor, patient in explaining, they work hard after store hours and friendly as well. Highly recommend them and glad that we found a reliable mechanic that is open on Saturdays. Thank you for taking care of my sons Jetta."
