"Went here cause valvoline had a long line. I left feeling pretty uneasy about my oil change. Didn’t seem like the people working there knew what they were doing. They looked like mostly kids. They had trouble taking tire caps off, they stared at my engine for 20 seconds, I had to ask for a mileage sticker at the end, the manager said if I had any problems to call her. Why would I need to call if theres a problem? Its an oil change. I pulled out after my oil change and saw my left tire was 20 psi over what it’s supposed to be. Yeah won’t be going back."
"I have been a long time customer at this location until today. I went in for an oil change with a 17.00 coupon that I took a screen shot of off of an email that I was sent. The coupon also had a coupon code on it. They attempted to scan it multiple times it would not scan they told me they had a new computer system that would not let them manually input the code. I asked to speak to the manager I was to,d by the employee who was assisting me that he (James) was the manager and he could only give me 15.00 off not 17.00. Will not be returning to this location."
"Ashley helped me at the medina store and she was the best! Midas had messed up my filter heading and she explained it to me and also offered to fix it for me at her home store which is the one I’m writing this review for. She was so kind and helpful-went above and beyond for me! I will be returning for future oil changes solely because of her integrity and sincerity."
