"This team is the real deal. Had a loud grinding noise on New Year’s Day and they were open. They found my wheel balance weight got lodged in between the pad and rotor. They were honest and friendly. I was in and out in less than an hour and they only charged me for a wheel balance. Will definitely return."

"FEBRUARY 2023: Took in my 2007 Lexus is250 with approximately 270k miles. I understood that it would be VERY unlikely to have any major work done because the car is old. However, they were able to switch out my current engine, with an engine of *70,167* miles. along with: New starter New alternator New battery New serpentine belt New AC unit New breaks AUGUST 2023: My engine fails on the highway and I take it back to Mr. Tire. They said that the problem would be fixed by replacing 2 ignition coils and the spark plugs. I paid for the work to be done and my car lasted only 24 hours before the engine failed once again on the same highway. I went back, and this time they needed to replace the “fuel injector”. I did not return and took it to a mechanic friend of mine. They stated that Mr. Tire replaced the Lexus with a faulty engine/motor. I’m starting to side with my friend’s statement because (personally) the Lexus did not feel any different when the engine was replaced. It still felt weak and the cabin would vibrate/shake in idle. Very unfortunate experience(s). The staff are relatively personable, but they ran my family and I out of necessary funds."
