"I normally have no issue with this service but, I filed in February this year and we are just a few short days away from June! I still dont have my taxes back. Its very frustrating. I understand things have been different with the pandemic and stimulas checks having issues so I will continue to wait. As I have to. I guess its just a bad year for taxes too. Like I said normally this is a very good and quick service. Just wish it would step it up a bit quicker this year."
"Well it has not been the greatest for sure. I turned my taxes in and it has been over three weeks and no word on anything. Have a called and ask they keep saying wait could be up to 18 weeks. I could have filed on turbo tax and gotten them back with in a week. Not sure but will never use them again."
