"They included someone else's W-2 in my tax refund and if I hadn't double checked everything (because the refund amount seemed extremely low) I would have never known and only received $235 total back instead of $734 from Federal. Because of this they had to amend my tax returns and mail them out and failed to inform me that it takes 16 weeks (or longer) to receive a amended Federal Tax Return. Even though they fixed that problem I will not be going back there next year and would never recommend then to anyone"
