"The store is great but the staff is even better. Before coming here I went to the “big name” stores and what a waste of time . They did not listen to me at all. I was very transparent in giving them my budget only for them to 5X what I told them and recommended I finance . Anyway, then went to Northeast Factory and I was in an out in a half an hour. Megan Stein was amazing ! She did not play around. Told her what I needed , she showed me everything and more and kept me under budget . I also had a sense of urgency to get things delivered and she was able to accommodate. I wish I would’ve went there first I would’ve saved so much time and energy . Fantastic experience. I will be back ! Would’ve been 5 stars but some issues happened but they did correct them . Just a little inconvenience"
