"I have to admit I was skeptical about a $300 deposit in addition to the standard hourly labor fee. BUT I am MORE than pleased with the service I received.I received an appointment within 36 hours of my phone call. Randy arrived to the appointment early and within 20 min had the issue with my AquaHot 450D diagnosed and fixed. He even cleaned up some things the factory left undid (I own a new class A coach). He and his assistant were the epitome of professionalism and courtesy! So much of customer service, excellence and business ethics have been lost, especially since 2020. But Randy was prepared, knowledgable and ready. It is wonderful to see a family-owned business really crush it. And the $300 appt feee was well worth it - after all they did come all the way to Columbus from Northern Ohio.Randy's is my NEW "go-to for Motorcoach/ RV repair.I am massively pleased."

"Randys mobile RV repairs did a great Job on my Damon Challenger 32 foot RV today. They showed up at my location and got to work right away. i was very impressed with there knowledge and expertise. they did a job that i would have never expected someone to do on sight. they saved me the expense of having to call a heavy wrecker tow service and still having to pay for the repairs. it was a big job. There diagnostics led to a fuel pump issue. gas tank had to be dropped, they did all this on site, parked at a storage unit in the gravel!! Job well done!! and money well spent!!. Thank you again!!."

He not only found out what is wrong with my refrigerator but he found problems that I thought I had already paid to have fixed and other issues I didn't know I had.
