"WHEN I CALLED FRIDAY, ALEXYS TOLD ME I’D HAVE TO TALK TO THE MANAGER WHO WOULDN’T BE IN TILL SATURDAY NOON AND SHE WAS UNSURE IF IT WOULD BE ABLE TO BE CORRECTED AND I SHOULD BE PREPARED TO PROVIDE PICTURES TO PROVE THE WRONG MATTRESS WAS DELIVERED, SO YES, DARIAN, I WAS ON DEFENSE ALREADY WHEN I CALLED SATURDAY. I DID NOT BECOME DEFENSIVE UNTIL I WAS TOLD SHE WAS UNSURE WHAT COULD BE DONE AND THAT I MAY HAVE TO PROVIDE PHOTOS AS PROOF! YOUR COOPERATION WAS PRESENTED TO ME AS QUESTIONABLE! THE MANAGER’S RESPONSE BELOW WAS PURELY BULLCRAP FOR SHOW PURPOSES ONLY! IF HE WAS TRULY INTERESTED IN WORKING THROUGH THE PROBLEM, HE WOULD HAVE CONTACTED BY PHONE WITH THE NUMBER ON MY SALES PAPER. I WISH I WAS ABLE TO JUST CANCEL THE WHOLE DAMN SALE! Alexys was very nice to work with; however, when I discovered that I received the wrong mattress, she was not authorized to do anything. Darian, when you accept the title of manager, you’re putting yourself out there representing everyone involved in fulfilling the sale. Unfortunately, this time you’re representing employees that care less about accuracy or pride in one’s own work. I have an issue with the fact you did not attempt to expedite a correction plan. I am unable to toss around a mattress like you can and have to deal with removing the encasement cover again, then covering the correct mattress. You’re not the one that that will sleep on a cold mattress because the gel layer takes forever to get to room temperature. You’re not the one allocating part of your day to time open to accept delivery (again). You’re being paid for your time. I paid for the opportunity to go through this twice! Lucky me. And for my inconvenience, I’m offered a pillow that’s on flash sale today for $6 and change. YES, I’M FRUSTRATED. Won’t recommend the store. After reading rave reviews for Alexys and you, I’m feeling extremely let down."
