"Great experience. I hate furniture stores, pushy sales people that don't want to let you walk away and browse drive me insane. Our sales rep introduced herself, asked some preliminary questions, pointed us in some directions, and then didn't wait for us to note we watched to browse, she just gave us info and made herself available for questions. Wasn't planning on deciding today, but did so anyways. 6/5 here."

"Sales people were helpful and attentive to me as well as with each other. Not pushy and offered suggestions. Store was clean and organized and set up nicely. We didnt end up purchasing what we were looking for but will be back for other future furniture needs."

"Ordering the furniture in store was an ok experience but as soon as we left customer service has been nothing but a let down. First off the store told me I was supposed to receive a call as to when I can schedule a delivery. I never received a call so I called the customer service robot (impossible to speak to a human agent). Apparently I was supposed to schedule delivery with the robot and they were not ever going to call me. I am so upset about the customer service that I have received from Ashley’s. First off, they failed to deliver the correct couch and a couch that was not already snapped in half. It has been nearly impossible to speak with a human to resolve the issue, I just simply want the couch I ordered to be delivered and not already broken. That seems next to impossible at this point sadly. When you do speak to someone in customer service you get a different answer each time you call. Had to go back into the store to try to get some answers but they didn’t have any either, it’s a giant mystery as to when I will get my couch, oh and don’t forget you’re supposed to be home for this in the middle of the day and in the middle of the week so Goodluck if you work! They can care less about making it convenient for you. Just know if you order from here they will not deliver on weekends or past 3:00 during the week day even if they messed up your order and wasted a PTO day off for you already. Save yourself a headache and go down the street to any other furniture store."

"The sales team was fantastic. No pressure as we walked throughout the store, but ready and knowledgeable when needed. We only just got our recliner today, but it's perfect and the delivery was smooth."

"Salesman Dylan was very polite and helpful with helping me with the furniture that I purchased. Was delivered on time and the delivery guys were also nice and helpful with getting everything plugged in and hooked up properly. Was very pleased with the whole Ashley experience."
