"(Update. General manager and thestore manager have been totally awesome about this situation . They replaced everything and plus refunded my money. They were very quick to respond and very helpful . Hopefully it will be no issues with this pump and I will further the update then)... was supposed to be a simple power steering pump on my 2001 Dodge. First one the chef had play in it, the tool I rented from them was fouled. They replaced the pump was even nice enough to put the pulley on for me. I have vacuum bled this damn thing every which way it could be thought of. I have changed out my gearbox. I am trying to get ahold of a manager. To get this resolved. And I will never go to AutoZone not even for a windshield wiper ever again"

"I came into this establishment today and was met by a woman with blonde shorter hair and older looking about brake pads and rotors for my car. She began the conversation in a condescending way, you could tell she didn’t want to do anything but stand there. She proceeded to tell me I needed to know my engine type and was asking about turbos on my car? When I needed brake pads and rotors? She did not help me investigate “what engine” information needed. I had to walk out, just complete incompetence with her own job, as as you can see by these reviews, she is the common problem. Her attitude is very condescending and poor towards customers, enough to make me walk out the door and write this review. She needs remedial training and maybe talked to for her poor attitude. Avoid this autozone and this lady, she knows nothing useful! Contacting corporate as well to investigate some of these reviews about her since you aren’t mitigating this lady’s issues."

"My husband usually does all of my car work and I honestly didn’t know what year vehicle or the sub model I drove. Harley informed me that just with the vin number we could figure it out. I had no idea where the vin number was until she showed me! I got the wiper blades and she had them on in no time. She also wrote the information down for me just in case I don’t have my husband nearby! The store was clean as well. Win win in my book!"

"I just stopped at the store because I was working in the area and I purchased antifreeze and a thermostat housing unit and was informed by the customer behind me who works at Chrysler that the part they gave me was incorrect so I went back in because I had my suspicions in the first place. Christina was extremely rude. It seems she was upset that she had to lift a finger and stop holding the counter up to verify that the part was correct. I don’t know if she even really looked but she told me that this was the correct part. However, I have driven home come to find out it is indeed the incorrect part. Therefore, I had to drive all the way back to my local store because she was too lazy to do her job correctly and actually take the time to help me and make me feel confident that I was leaving with the product I came to buy. She needs to work on her customer service skills because honestly I wouldn’t have even bothered leaving a review but when you can’t even run into a store without getting attitude from your employee, when we are the very reason they are standing there in the first place, that’s garbage. I will never come back to this location whether I’m in the area or not. I hope they take this opportunity to coach the staff."
