"I can't explain how grateful I am for Tom Marcum. My car broke down a little ways down the alley and I barely got it here. I had no idea what was wrong. I initially came in for power steering fluid because my wheel was locking up. Not only did Mr. Marcum go look at my engine and diagnose the problem, but he actually fixed my car (which my belt had come completely off) he also jumped my car. No mechanic was able to come help me so instead of leaving and turning me away (I arrived as the store was closing) he stayed later and pretty much saved my day. He could have easily have said sorry I can't help, or just simply sold me the fluid. It is rare that someone gives so much kindness and generosity to a stranger, and I am so appreciative. This is a great store with kind workers and an amazing store manager. Thank you again Mr. Marcum and if you need parts and people you can trust to help you out, this is most definitely the place to come."
