"Purchased 2 Smith bros lounge chairs 5 years ago for about $3000, Told about lifetime warranty- lied to about the coverage. Color fading extreme and tear in leather. Not covered? Told it was 5 years ago. Will never buy there again . Smith Bros. Expensive and overrated. Guess I'll have to buy Ch I never like everyone else.lying created poor experience."
"Back in 2009 my mother inlaw and sister inlaw purchased a beautiful table with 6 chairs. My husband inherited the table. Back in 2009 my mother inlaw was promised if she ever wanted to add a leaf it would be possible. I called, came to store, called another time.... I have been told this was impossible. I had my husband call. He gave Renee the information located at the bottom of the table. He was laughed at when asked for another leaf. We were told even of they did the leaf wouldn't match! We don't care about that! We were promised a call back on Monday.. two weeks later and we havent heard a thing! We were also interested in purchasing 4 more chairs. The promise was a lie I guess. I live off Bradley and I pass this place daily. I will be sure to let anyone I know who is interested in Brian's furniture know my experience. Thanks for nothing Brian's!"
