"I have been dealing w/Weber Tax Service for a few years & there has never been a problem, until this tax year. Because we are previous customers, we received notification from Weber that we have the option of mailing our tax forms, dropping them off, or uploading our info online through their website. We chose the drop off option for myself, my husband & my son. I gathered the info & sent them via my husband to drop them off on a Saturday. Upon arrival (after driving from Copley to Manchester Rd), he said the front door was locked but he could see the drop box, he just couldn't get to it. My husband said there were cars parked in the driveway so I called while he was still there. No answer, but I left a msg. explaining our issue & to let me know if everything was received. My husband said there was a side door that he was able to go into & left our info there. No one responded to my msg until the following Wednesday. They just left a msg saying who they were, but not if our info was received or not. I then had to call to find out if our tax info was received. I was put on hold & then told our tax info WAS NOT received. I was put on hold again & then told our tax info was received but it was "stuck" to someone else's info!! This upset me because it should not have taken this long for someone to tell me that my tax info was not received. They proceeded to complete our tax info & gave us a call when they were completed. One of the documents we completed had to do with our banking info so our refund could be direct deposited. For some reason, our refunds were mailed, not direct deposited. This is an issue because my son has mail issues at his apt complex & does not always get what he should receive. Now, we have a missing refund check. For the prices that Weber charges, their customer service needs a lot of work. I understand that things happen but I do not think Weber went above & beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. I would not recommend them nor will we be returning as customers. It's unfortunate because tax-wise, they are very professional but it is overshadowed by their lack of customer service."

"I came to this building off Manchester road to do my taxes and I feel that it is urgent I let you know how unpleasant my experience was. I had a appointment at 4pm. Nobody was in the back I didnt get to see anybody till about 4:30pm and I'm pretty sure you close at 5pm. I sat down with who she said was the "co-owner" of the place, I think her name was Megan. I came to my appointment with everything that I was suppose to. 2018 W2, last years tax information, personal identification ect. I gave it to her she told me my numbers as far as my federal and state. Which to me did not make any sense. I dont know everything about taxes that's why I went to someone new this year which is suppose to tell me more than I already know. SHE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Totally unprofessional. Every time I would ask a question she seemed like she was mumbling and was afraid to answer my question for some reason. She studdarded multiple times as if she knew nothing she was talking about. Reason why I even went up there was because my uncle Mike Makar told me that's where he went and you guys really helped him out. This was NOT THE CASE FOR ME. I constantly felt like I was being rushed. Idk if that was just because they closed at 5 but that is not my fault. I deserve to know what's going on with my taxes and she should have explained them a lot better vs trying to rush me off and take my fricking money. Also I asked her about tax breaks, how they worked how you are qualified and if I qualified for anything she abruptly said no with no explanation as to why I dont. She mentioned something about the tax laws have changed this year and nobody is allowed to do the tax write offs/breaks. Which is kinda funny because EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT I TALK TO AT WORK AND JUST IN MY FAMILY have told me that they are getting these breaks and write offs. So either everybody is lying to me. Or your buiessness co-owner is feeding me b.s and that is not fair. If I would have known I was going to deal with such unprofessionallasm I would have never even bothered. Should have just stuck with turbotax and kept my $135 that she charged me for looking and my papers for 15 mins and then rushing me out the door. She also said I owed the city of Akron $400 for some reason and would not explain that AT ALL. She just kept saying well that's what it says on here. To sum up this email I will never be coming back I will be leaving a bad review and recommend everyone I know to never go there, and if it has to go to the next level then so be it. Nobody should be treated that way. Unbelievable."
